Sometimes getting to the gym is the hardest part of working out and it takes a lot of will power.
But…when you get there, the motivation is sometimes still not there. I feel that most of us have those days when you have no motivation to go and once you do go, you still just don’t feel like doing anything.
For those days when you don’t feel like working out, here’s a quick workout (only 20 minutes), that really gets your whole body toned. Whenever I do this workout, I feel a bit sore the next day because it’s quite intense without feeling too much. It’s beginner friendly and honestly the best workout. It’s also fun!
You can do this workout at home because all you need is a kettlebell. You can get one from Amazon here for only $25 and you got yourself an easy (well, not easy but convenient) workout at home!
