I know I’ve been a bit MIA for a little now and just had a lot happen all at once and it’s been tough trying to juggle so much at once. I’m hoping to be a little more consistent going forward and I want to really get to know you guys as well!
The last two weeks have been a bit tough for me and anxiety was at its peak. The things that have gotten me through it is this playlist I am sharing with you today and meditating. I feel a whole lot better and hoping to share more with you guys going forward. 🙂 I think life’s all about learning to rest and to keep going toward your goals every day; even if it’s at small little steps at a time!
I’ve been jamming to these with so much happiness lately and I hope it brings you the same amount of happiness, encouragement and allows you to see how strong and what a badass you are. 🙂
I love listening to these songs at the gym or any moment I need to lift my spirits. It allows me to have a great mindset and brighten my day.
I think it’s important to do what makes you happy each day, no matter how small or big the action is.
Anyways, hope these uplifts your mood and allow your inner badass to shine!

I am loving this month… something about this month and the holiday season is just so magical and calming.
Everyone is more giving and so much more loving it seems. The thing that helps out the most I believe is the holiday music! Of course, all the decorations help as well and if you live in a place where it snows, I feel like that helps a lot too. 🙂 As much as I do not like the cold, I can’t imagine Christmas season without snow!

I love listening to worship songs when I am in a mellow mood or after church on Sundays.
The words sung are so beautiful and the melody is so calming. I believe when you do things to ground yourself and to connect with your core, it is a beautiful moment worth experiencing.
Every religion is beautiful, and every religion has a common purpose which is to be a virtuous human being. There is nothing to hate about that. Religion teaches us to love one another and to have compassionate hearts, if that is not beautiful I don’t know what is.
Maybe my choice of songs are not related to your religion and not what will ground you, but I hope it gets you thinking about your religion and what you can do to feel connected to that. Continue reading “My Favorite Worship Songs”
